Become a Weeksville Sustainer

Weeksville Sustainers, a monthly giving program, is a way that Weeksville can open the doors for more of our friends to join us in urgent pursuit of our mission. Weeksville Sustainers will have access to reduced-priced or free ticketed events throughout our exciting program calendar list. A monthly donation, no matter the size, sustains Weeksville Heritage Center for months to come!

Weeksville Heritage Center is a unique and very valuable cultural and educational institution—not only for Brooklyn, but for the nation. It is full of important information and photos that fill in the gaps about our history, and the Hunterfly Road Houses are authentic pieces of African American experience. The diverse arts programming means there’s something for everyone. I have been contributing monthly for more than 10 years. My regular, consistent donations help to sustain and hopefully ensure Weeksville’s continued existence. I am proud to be a sustaining supporter of Weeksville.

—Pamela Green, former Executive Director of Weeksville Heritage Center
