A curated outdoor film series that showcases work by filmmakers from Brooklyn and beyond. The film screenings will take place as part of The Garden PartyTM after the concerts.

Animated and live action features for kids and families. By highlighting many local filmmakers, this event will provide creative inspiration to local kids. Arrive early for a pre-film workshop flip book animation workshop.

Secondhand (Pepe)

Dreamlike visuals and ethereal sounds intermix the beats of Jewish klezmer and Haitian rara music. . . . Secondhand (Pepe)'s two stories converge as American castoffs travel from the memoir reader's rag factory overseas to Haiti. As pepe makes its way to Port-au-Prince, passing through an intricate network of peddlers, seamstresses and entrepreneurs, the past recycles into the present.

Mesopotamian Marshes

An experimental film about the ancient marshes surrounded by war and oil at the border of Iran and Iraq. There will be a post-screening discussion with filmmakers Stijn Verhoeff & PPP.
