Rest & Restore Yoga

Join us for our Rest and Restore yoga series led by Six of Sensate Wellness.

Join us in embracing the restorative power of movement practice – a deeply revitalizing experience within our vibrant and communal space. Rest and Restore Yoga welcomes everyone, regardless of age, physical ability, or skill level. These enriching classes are free and open to all, with no need for RSVP. Space is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that doors close 10 minutes after the class begins, so do plan to arrive on time.
